Cannot find tax clients

If you cannot find your tax clients in GA-Taxpro, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Check your data folder connection:

    • Ensure that you're connected to the same data folder as last year.

    • The easiest way to verify this is by reviewing your log file entries on the Setup Information window.

  2. Access log files:

    • On the Setup Information window, you'll find two buttons related to log files.

    • One button allows you to view your log file.

    • The other button enables you to interactively switch data folders based on the log file entries.

  3. Note about log files:

    • Log files are specific to each workstation.

    • Each PC has its own set of log files.
