Cannot find tax clients

If you cannot find your tax clients in GA-Taxpro, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Check your data folder connection:
Ensure that you're connected to the same data folder as last year.
The easiest way to verify this is by reviewing your log file entries on the Setup Information window.
Access log files:
On the Setup Information window, you'll find two buttons related to log files.
One button allows you to view your log file.
The other button enables you to interactively switch data folders based on the log file entries.
Note about log files:
Log files are specific to each workstation.
Each PC has its own set of log files.
