This error usually means Windows is still using the file in the background, so GA‑Taxpro cannot read, write, or delete it. The simplest way to clear the lock is to close all programs and restart your Windows session.
Recommended steps
Sign out of Windows completely (do not just lock or switch user), then sign back in and try the same action again in GA‑Taxpro.
If the error still appears, reboot your computer, log back into Windows, and repeat the action in GA‑Taxpro.
