Seeing asterisk ******* instead of numbers

If you are seeing asterisks (******) instead of numbers in GA-Taxpro, it means that the required fonts are not installed on your Microsoft Windows. To resolve this issue, you need to install the necessary fonts, which is a simple process.

Follow these steps:

1. Open the Utilities menu in GA-Taxpro.

2. Select Option 9 "Install Fonts".

3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the font installation process.

Please note that this font installation needs to be performed on each workstation where GA-Taxpro is being used.
