Seeing asterisk *** instead of numbers

If you are seeing asterisks (***) instead of numbers in GA-Taxpro, it means that the required fonts are not installed on your workstation. To resolve this issue, you need to install the necessary fonts, which is a simple process.

GA-Taxpro provides a convenient way to install the fonts through the Utilities menu. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Open the Utilities menu in GA-Taxpro.

2. Select Option 9, which is dedicated to installing the required fonts.

3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the font installation process.

Please note that this font installation needs to be performed on each workstation where GA-Taxpro is being used. However, it is a one-time process for each workstation, as the fonts will be installed into the local copy of Windows. Once the fonts are installed, you should no longer see asterisks (***) instead of numbers in GA-Taxpro.
